The Candy Shop Creative Offices are the current office space for VaST architecture. The 1,800 SF building with 650 SF basement is a co-working environment that houses several other businesses.

During deconstruction, the main floors’ interior partition walls were removed and the new walls constructed with lumber salvaged from the pervious framing. The converted home now holds several desks, a community conference room, a community kitchen, two bathrooms and a shower room.

The office is loaded with green products such as recycled-content carpeting, cork flooring, Alpen high-performance windows, and Trex for the front porch. VaST also took the opportunity to salvage and reuse materials. An old gymnasium floor was installed on the first floor of the office as well reclaimed oak flooring stained black in the kitchen.
