This project involved the rehabilitation of the historic Carriage House and Green House into a Visitors Center, the restoration of the South Gardens for public ceremonies, and the erection of the new Cabinet Room.

The 2,000SF Cabinet Room includes a commercial kitchen and public restrooms. It replaced an existing three-car garage and was designed to accommodate parties of up to 100 guests for formal events.

The original Carriage House became an 800SF museum to showcase historic artifacts of the residence, and the historic Green House became the entrance element and pre-function area for the Cabinet Room.
