Sometimes it's really hard to make up your mind.

We find 3-D modeling is a very valuable tool for communicating design concepts with clients. We use SketchUp on every project to help clients select styles, colors, materials and forms.

For this project the client wasn't really sure what style he wanted for his expanded wrap-around porch and new entry/sun space. Jacob created a traditional option (1) and a contemporary option (2) for the client to consider.
