VaST has been retained by a Colorado restaurateur to help design his new contemporary diner and the joint needs a name! We're going for a modern, comfortable feel. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and include ice cream, beer and wine. They are hoping to appeal to a broad range of customers including teeanagers, family, and working folks. The concept for the food is home cooking with a twist (imagine all the great places you've seen on Diners, Dumps and Dives).
